This Sterling is finished in our Original Drayton Green, the colour we chose for the first unit we produced. It’s darker than the British Racing Green, and it gives a very vintage look. The chassis is powder coated in Pitch Black. The logo is hand silk-screened onto to the tank in Vintage Gold and we hand paint the pinstriping in Vintage Gold and Ivory White on the coachwork. The leather is our top “Testa di Moro” vintage finish, which matches the brown grips.
The springs, valve cover and headlight bezel are nickel-plated for a deep, complex finish that is more subtle than chrome, as well as period appropriate. The “Herring can” headlight gives an even more accentuated 1920s look. Polished downpipe, a black silencer and Avon Speedmaster tyres complete this version.
